Spaces to LIVE forms the core of our practice with architecture & interior design of private homes, villas, small and midsize apartments (8-100 units mix of 2 bed / 3Bed), country homes and farmhouses.

We have cherished opportunities to design GATHERING spaces, involving architecture & interior design for schools, cafes, resorts and office spaces. In a few instances, our work has EXTENDED into large scale masterplans, working with tourism development, historic conservation and urban design.
